- Place raspberries and sugar in a container and shake gently. You can use a cruet or a mason jar. Allow to sit covered for awhile until it macerates-about 10 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar to the container and shake gently until ingredients are mixed well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
