Life with a large family is full of happiness but can also be loud and chaotic. Dinners are no exception and came become very interesting when you throw in food likes and dislikes together with several food allergies. Everyone has very different thoughts on what constitutes a good meal. Since I don’t believe in making several meals at once, I try to find healthy, delicious options that satisfies everyone. This Roasted Broccoli with just a few simple ingredients, works every time.
Everyone agrees that this roasted broccoli is delicious. Even my pickiest eaters ask for it at least once a week. I love that I can prepare several large heads of broccoli and have nothing left over.
That is a win for me, any day of the week.
